As a dedicated massage therapist with over 10 years of experience specializing in myofascial release, I am committed to providing therapeutic care that promotes healing and enhances well-being. Myofascial release therapy is a cornerstone of my work. This technique involves applying sustained pressure to the myofascial tissues, which are the connective tissues surrounding and supporting the muscles. By targeting these areas, I aim to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and restore functional movement. This approach is beneficial for addressing a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, and promoting overall musculoskeletal health.
In addition to myofascial release, I offer craniosacral therapy sessions. Craniosacral therapy involves soft touch techniques to release restrictions influencing the craniosacral system. By normalizing the environment around the brain and spinal cord, craniosacral is able to alleviate a wide variety of dysfunctions, release tension, improve fluid movement, and enhance the body's natural healing processes. This gentle therapy can help reduce stress, alleviate chronic pain, and improve overall well-being.
